Create an account: 

Creating an account on porronet.fr is simple and quick. Just click on the icon MY ACCOUNT, located at the top right of the site. You will then be able to create your account by providing your email address and clicking on NEXT.

You will then be asked to complete your information: First name, Last name, and to choose a password of at least 5 characters. To benefit from personalized offers, we also invite you to indicate your date of birth.

Don't forget to check the box to subscribe to our newsletter: you will receive our new products and exclusive promotions in advance.

Finally, click on Sign up to access your personal space directly.

From your account, you can track your orders, save shipping addresses, modify your personal information, and much more.

Edit your personal information

To view or modify your personal data, go to the section My account, then click on My personal information.

After entering your new information, simply click the button Update.

Please note that these changes will not apply to orders already placed.

Change your password

To change your password, go to the section My account, then click on My personal information.

You can update it directly from this page by entering a new password.
