How to place an order?
To place an order, select the product you are interested in by clicking on its image. On the product page, choose your size and the desired quantity, then click on Add to cart. Repeat the process for each item you wish to purchase.

For clarity, available sizes are displayed in bold, while those out of stock appear in a lighter shade.

With each addition, you can either continue shopping or proceed to payment. At any time, click on the icon Cart at the top right of the site to finalize your order.

If you are already a customer, you can use a registered address. Otherwise, you just need to provide a delivery address (and a billing address if different) before confirming your purchase.

Payment methods
When validating your order, several secure payment options will be offered to you:

  • Credit card : Pay easily with your card via a 100% secure and encrypted gateway.

  • PayPal : Pay with your PayPal account, and if you wish, spread your payment over 3 installments at no extra cost (subject to PayPal's terms).

  • Cash on delivery : Receive your order and pay in cash upon receipt. Available only for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

  • Bizum : Make your payment easily with Bizum. Select the corresponding option, enter your phone number, and then confirm the purchase. Complete the payment via your bank's app or by using your Bizum code. Depending on your bank, a verification code may be requested.

Available delivery areas

We currently deliver to France, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Andorra, mainland Portugal, and the Balearic Islands. Deliveries are not available to the Azores and Madeira.

We offer several delivery options depending on the destination address of your order. Below you will find the details for each area:

I do not see my order in My account, what should I do?

First, make sure that the payment has been successfully completed.
If, after 4 hours following the validation of your order, it still does not appear in the section My account / My orders, please contact us at the following address: sac@porronet.es, by providing us with the following information:

  • The email address used for registration

  • The date of the order

  • The approximate time of the order

  • The exact amount of the purchase

  • The payment method used

Why might my credit card be declined?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • Expired date : please check that your card is still valid.

  • Limit reached : it is possible that you have reached the allowed limit. Check with your bank.

  • Error in the entered data : make sure you have correctly filled in all required fields.

Order delivery time

At Porronet, a shipping confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This message includes a link allowing you to track your package at any time. You will also receive an SMS from the carrier, containing the shipping number and a tracking link.

The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days for France.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are generally processed and shipped the same day. The time frame therefore depends on when the order is confirmed.

During sale periods or high traffic times, these times may be slightly extended.

Only business days are taken into account in the calculation of the delivery time.

Delivery locations

Porronet offers you the possibility to register multiple delivery addresses, accessible from the section My account.
You can easily select the one of your choice at the time of ordering, based on your needs: home, workplace, etc.

Warranty conditions

Our products are guaranteed in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 Spanish of November 16, regarding the protection of consumers and users.

Please note that this warranty only covers purchases made on our official website. www.porronet.fr. For any purchase made from a distributor, please contact the relevant point of sale directly.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

First, check the status of your order in the section My account > My orders.

If your order has been shipped, you should have received a confirmation email with a tracking number and the carrier's contact details. If not, or if your package has not arrived, please contact us at sac@porronet.es by providing us with the following information:

  • Email address used during purchase

  • Order number

  • Order date

An item is missing from my order, what should I do?

Upon receiving your package, check that all items are present. If a product is missing, please report it immediately on the delivery note provided by the carrier.

It is possible that an item may not be shipped due to a stock shortage or a quality defect detected during inspection. In this case, you will be informed by email of the partial or total cancellation of the order. The amount corresponding to the item not shipped will be automatically refunded according to the payment method used. Delivery charges will also be refunded if the order is incomplete.
