Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your style, select your size on the product page and click "Add to cart". You can keep shopping or go to checkout from the cart icon.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card through a secure payment gateway, and PayPal, which lets you pay in 3 interest-free instalments subject to its terms.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been shipped. Email us quickly at sac@porronet.es. If it is already on its way, wait until you receive it and make a return.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
3 to 5 business days in France. Orders placed before 12 noon are usually shipped the same day. During sales, delivery may take a little longer. See our Delivery page for other countries.
How can I track my parcel?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, followed by a text message from the carrier.
Returns and exchanges
How long do I have to return an item?
20 calendar days from receipt, for any reason. Shoes must be new, unworn and in their original box.
How much does a return cost?
€4.99 in France, deducted from your refund. For an exchange, place your new order before the refund is issued and the return is free.
When will I be refunded?
Within 20 days of receipt of the returned parcel.
I received a faulty or wrong item
Email sac@porronet.es with your order number, a short description and a photo. We will exchange or return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
Sizes and products
How do I choose my size?
Our shoes come in sizes 36 to 41 (EU). Take your usual size unless the product description says to go one size up, and check the size guide on each product page.
Where are Porronet shoes made?
Porronet has been making shoes in Spain for over 60 years. Each model's country of manufacture is shown in its features.
How do I care for leather and suede?
Nourish smooth leather with a suitable cream and protect suede with a waterproofing spray before wearing. If your shoes get wet, let them dry away from any heat source.
