General Terms of Use of the CGU

At Porronet, we love to see how you use our products and how they fit into your looks. That’s why we may ask you to share these images or videos on www.porronet.es.

These contents are primarily published on the product page of our website as well as in an inspiration gallery to give our customers an idea of the real uses of Porronet products. In some cases, they may also be featured on the Porronet homepage, our social networks, or our newsletter.

By responding to our request to publish your content, you accept these General Terms of Use:

Publication of photos and/or videos in the Gallery

All photos or videos published on social networks tagging one of Porronet's profiles may be selected by Porronet to appear on our site. www.porronet.esin our newsletter and on our social networks. Your profiles must be "public" so that we can see your photo. Otherwise, your photo will not be visible and cannot be selected.

Content selection criteria and visual identity charter

Porronet will select photos and/or videos that showcase the brand's products and best fit its image and spirit. The photos and/or videos must clearly show at least one Porronet product. The selection will be based on their size, quality, and aesthetics.

Photos and/or videos must not, under any circumstances, be contrary to public order, good morals, and current legislation. We prohibit the publication of abusive photos and/or videos that may be considered violent, dangerous, threatening, defamatory, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, blasphemous, or pornographic.

Porronet has no obligation to use the content, even if it meets all the conditions set forth in these General Terms of Use. If your photo is selected from a social network, you will receive a comment from the official Porronet account on that network. Respond with the hashtag "#YesPorronet" to give your permission and accept these General Terms of Use.

Transfer of photo rights

Participants certify that they own the copyright of the published photos or videos as well as the permissions related to the image rights of the people depicted. The publication of photos showing minors requires prior consent from their legal representatives.

By uploading your photos and/or videos and publishing content in the Gallery, you agree that your photo and/or video may be broadcast on the following platforms: the commercial website www.porronet.es and all media dedicated to brand promotion (marketing campaigns, catalogs, social networks, and other communications intended for customers).

By sending a photo and/or video, you grant Porronet a free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license. You grant Porronet the right to use, modify, retouch, reproduce in whole or in part the photos and/or videos, directly or indirectly, by any technical means and on any medium, including on its commercial website, on its social networks, as well as on communication materials intended for customers.

Participants agree not to take any action (including on behalf of third parties) of any kind related to the use of the images as described above against Porronet or any person acting on its behalf.

Request for deletion of a photo

You can request the deletion of a photo or video at any time. Each piece of content has a "report" button located at the bottom right, which you can use to report the content.

Processing of personal data

Your personal data, collected by Porronet when you upload your photo, is used to integrate your photo on the aforementioned platforms and to ensure the promotion of Porronet's image. You can access your data, request corrections, or limit their processing by sending an email to the following address: info@porronet.es.
